By subscription of $100 each to accompany the nomination, Closed Thursday November21,2024 with 13 or by supplementary nomination of $1,000 each by closing time of entries, $1,500 additional to start, with $100,000 Guaranteed, of which $60,000 to first, $20,000 to second, $12,000 to third, $6,000 to fourth and $2,000 to fifth. Weight: 124 lbs. Non-winners of a stakes of $60,000 at one mile or over allowed 2 lbs.; such a race at any distance, 4 lbs. High weights preferred. Second preference will be given to those horses placed (second or third) in a Gr. stakes. Preference of horses with equal weights will be determined by earnings. (Earnings in claiming & starter races of $50,000 or less not considered). A trophy will be presented to thewinning owner.
