Non-winners of a graded Stakes on turf since June 1 allowed 2 lbs; a graded stakes in 2023 or an non-restricted stakes race on turf since June 1, 4 lbs. Starters to be named by usual time of closing. Preference will be given to graded stakes winners in 2022-23, graded stakes placed in 2022-23, non-restricted stakes winners in 2023 then by highest earnings in 2023.
