After payment of $4,620 to all owners finishing sixth through last, 60% of the remaining purse shall be paid to the winning owner, 20% to second, 11% to third, 6% to fourth, and 3% to fifth. Weights: 124 lbs. First preference will be given to highest lifetime earnings in order Grade I, II, IIIStakes. Second preference to highest lifetime earnings. Lifetime earnings will be determined according to statistics provided by Equibase. This race will be limited to fourteen starters. Horses not drawing a starting position in the gate will receive a reefund of the entry fee. If less than ten horses start, the purse money not distributed will revert to the winning owner. Starters to be named through the entry box by the usual time of closing. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.
